It's Caturday………again

Well, I suppose I could rant on and on how some moronic asshats are still harping about how the Russians "stole" the last election here in 'Merikkka. Notice I said I suppose I could do that. Well, tough beans and hard cheese folks, I'm still not quite up to that yet. I do feel like I am getting better each day, and I have been reading more of my usual news sites recently, just don't yet feel up to giving my opinion on this crapola just now except to say it IS crap. Not just any old crap, but more like a large field of fresh cow pies. For those of you who have never been around a dairy, cow pie is a term used to describe cow poop/manure. Walk through a dairy, no, not the dairies that are passed off as such in SoCal, is there are still any there now days. They were getting fewer every year before I left that area in the spring of 2000. I mean, go to a real dairy farm like there used to be when I was a kid in southern Wisconsin. Walk through the fields where the cows were turned out to after morning milking. Mind you step or you will be scrapping cow shit off your shoes/boots for a long time. Basically, do not step in cow  pies.
Over at Black Agenda Report there is an article about the current memo that has been in the news recently. The US MSM is calling said memo a "nothing burger". OK, ok, so I did post a link to the article. I will say I tend to agree with the author and leave it there for now. When I get a bit more rested I may have more to say on the matter. And yet, I wonder what the hell is this all for. Seriously folks, it is over one full year that the orange haired rodent has been occupying the office of POTUS and still there are many who cannot/will not accept the election outcome. Where the hell were these moronic asshats back in 2000? It was clear that W. Shrub had lost that election and yet these same fools who feel Hi-Larry was robbed allowed the nine fools (aka; the supreme court) to put the very same W. Shrub into the office of POTUS. If they could allow that, why not the current occupant? Just because Hi-Larry was supposed to be coronated as the 'savior' of 'Merikkka? Well, with crap advisors like Madass Albright who said no "real" woman could vote for any other candidate than Hi-Larry, I think we'd be way worse off had that old dried up hag won the election outright. Yeah, ok, she supposedly did win the popular vote, BUT, Trump won the electoral college vote. Which prompts the following question. What are the requirements to get into this electoral college? What exams does one have to take and pass to become a student at said college? Yes, I AM being a bit snarky as the electoral college is NOT a real college, in that there is no learning there. Actually, in my opinion, anybody with the smallest bit of real smarts would be rejected from said 'college' ASAP they found you to have real smarts. 
Well hell, I did post some commentary after all. Well, enough of that mess. Today IS Caturday so…….time for more LOL Cats.

Yeah, I'm still alive

Well, sorry to ruin your new year, but I am still among the living. OK, maybe just still among the living, but at any rate, I ain't dead yet. Came bloody damn close recently, but well, here I still am. Looking at my old iMac and working on a new blog post.
I still don't quite feel up to any deep look at the news just yet. Good for you all, I won't comment on the SOTU address given by the orange haired rodent. From my view point the state of the union is pretty goddamn piss poor. MAGA? Where? When? Oh, as to that slogan, when was 'Merikkka so 'great' in the first place? Maybe in the 1950's? Yeah, possibly as this was one of the few large countries that didn't suffer direct attack during WW2. Actually, 'Merikkka was the only major industrialized nation that was not attacked during WW2, nope Hawaii don't count. It was NOT a state until 1960,just like Alaska. Or was that 1959? Hell, I don't remember, am too damn lazy to look it up and don't really care very much. I do know in December 1941 Hawaii was NOT a US state, just a territory, likePuerto Rico still is today, even though Trump treats that poor place like it doesn't count  for anything. 
OK, as I am not up to politics nor news events, what else is there to post? Well, I could put links to some good songs, but I'd have to hunt the links off You Tube. Oh, hey, tomorrow is Caturday…….so, as a pre Caturday and my first post since the last day of 2017…..LOL Cats it is. Also, I see the winter olympics are going to take place soon. Yeah, I know I used a lower case"o" in the word olympics. Big damn deal, I don't watch either the winter nor the summer 'games'. Too many professionals entered in both of them. Any who, I have a few Olympic LOL cats for you. So, away we go……..

OH, FYI, there just may be a few non-olympic LOL cats included. Why? Because I feel like adding them. You do your blog your way, I'll do my blog (this one) my way. Fair is fair.

First up is one from Will Durst. He may not be your cup of tea, I find his humor to be less than out and out laughable at times, but he does try and that counts for a good bit to me.

More "Russia-gate" madness

OK, I admit up front, the links here are a bit old. Yeah, well the old saying applies; better late than never. Of course as Dad told me, better never late. Well, things have been very hectic in this household of late so my blogging has slipped some. I suppose I am due for 50 lashes with the proverbial wet noodle. Well, let whomever has said wet noodle track me down and try to lash me….LOL, be warned, I will defend myself.

Yesterday I brought up how the morons, no offense to actual morons, in congress are going all out to paint Jill Stein as a 
Russian agent" since she had attended a dinner given by RT to celebrate their anniversary and oh my lord, Vlad Putin was also at that same dinner. Some have even said that Ms. Stein actually talked to Mr. Putin. Why, hells bells, that makes her a "Russian agent" for certain. Or, does it? I think not, but what the hell, I just am an old, broken down former US Marine/Vietnam war vet.  So, who are you going to believe? Some old war vet or some asshat member of congress who never even wore any US military uniform? Yeah I am looking at past members like Mr. 5 deferments Cheney and his ilk. Oh, don't forget poor lil' 4-F Donnie Trumpski either.
Another rap against Ms. Stein, she said nice things about Wikileaks and Mr. Assange, the main guy behind Wikileaks. Well get the rope out and build that scaffold then. Sure as hell, the woman is guilty as sin and must be hung by the neck until…..um hold on there Sparky. This IS still 'Merikkka and the US law says one is innocent until PROVEN guilty.  Oh, wait, I keep forgetting, congress critters do not read US laws nor the US Constitution, ever. Why would they? Hell, many of them are even lawyers, so one might expect them to have at least some small understanding of how US laws supposedly work. It seems though, that once elected to either house of congress, any and all actual education/knowledge gets tossed into the trash bin. Bet it doesn't even get recycled. 
OK then, now I have some links to articles about other "Russian agents". Well, it depends on your definition of just what a Russian agent may be. IF you are a member of either house of the US congress, well, I wonder if even they know. No, I am NOT being sarcastic now, just giving my personal opinion of congress. By the way, according to some polls taken not so long ago, congress rated almost as poorly as used car sales persons and even insurance sales persons. Yeah, right down in the shit with that goddamn asshat Flo and her white apron selling that shit for nothing "Progressive" insurance, or maybe the crap gecko. Either way,congress didn't rate very highly among my fellow 'Merikkkans.

The Killary Klingon bots are very deperate

Well, I hope you  all had a nice Catsmess yesterday. Today, well, I get back to real news. Yep, the fun and games, LOL cats and songs are done for now. Don't fret too much though, Caturday will still be at least partly LOL cats here until I run out of them, which may not be until some months after my death. LOL, of course none of you will know when that day comes. See in the state of Loosey Annie one does NOT have to post a death notice in any newspaper. Odd no? It was quite a pleasant surprise to me when I was told that news. Back when I lived in SoCal, you were required to post a death notice in a newspaper. My later wife told me to use the cheapest paper, so I did. 
Well, hey folks, this state where I now reside still has its legal code based on the  Napoleonic code. Well, Loosey Annie WAS French until old tom Jefferson bought it for pennies on the dollar. In other words, he got a sweet deal. The guy was using Wally Street rules before Wally Street even started up. Buy low, sell high. Ah yes, 'Merikkka, land of the 'golden rule'. Now, before you call me a liar, remember, in 'Merikkka, the 'golden rule' is this; them what has the gold makes the rules. See, I was correct. 'Merikkka IS based on that 'golden rule'.
